Ageing
Maturation in wooden casks: various expressions have minimum ageing (e.g. Añejo Reserva ≥12 months; Extra Añejo ≥36 months; Añejo Cristalino ≥1 year before being filtered). Some products are blended from different casks and the cristalino is charcoal-filtered after ageing.
