Espolòn was born by distilling 100% blue agave juice by hand, a "super-premium" of rare prestige designed in homage to the great culture and history of Mexico. Even the label is an example of this, it is in fact the perfect badge that makes it unmistakable, it represents Mexican art through Rosarita Ramon, a great historical figure from Guadalupe who rides the rooster, a symbol of national pride.
Clear and transparent in color, it shows reflections and shades from silver to platinum when poured. The nose is inebriated by delicate hints of agave mixed with aromas of citrus peel, white flowers and a slight peppery spice. The taste is soft, medium-bodied, with returns of white pepper, vanilla and tropical fruit, in a clean and spicy finish.
Excellent enjoyed smooth with salt and lemon, ideal for use for the composition of cocktails.
