The Tequila Reposado Ahumado of Rooster Rojo is born in the Jalisco region, the beating heart of tequila production, from blue agaves carefully cultivated and hand-harvested. This expression, aged for a resting period in wooden barrels, reveals a unique character thanks to the delicate gesture of smoked toasting of the agaves, which leaves an intriguing and distinctive aromatic imprint.

On the nose, it presents toasted wood scents, warm notes of vanilla, and a hint of soft smoke that dialogues with nuances of caramel and sweet spices. The sip is enveloping, balanced, with a smooth structure that blends the natural sweetness of the agave and the light smoky touch, creating a complex yet accessible tasting experience.

Perfect both to be enjoyed neat to appreciate its unique smoky nuance and as an ingredient in refined cocktails that want to enhance the depth of this tequila. Ideal with grilled meat dishes, spicy tacos, and semi-aged cheeses, it confirms its versatility in the artisanal tequila scene.
