The Timorasso Derthona of Fontanafredda is born in the area of eastern Piedmont, precisely in the Tortona zone, a territory famous for this rare and fascinating indigenous grape variety. This white stands out for its elegance and complexity, the result of careful winemaking that enhances the freshness and aromatic richness of Timorasso. After fermentation, the wine rests in wooden barrels that provide a balanced structure and a velvety softness, while simultaneously emphasizing minerality and persistent freshness.

In the glass, it appears with an intense straw yellow color and a bouquet that recalls scents of white flowers, yellow-fleshed fruit, and slightly spicy notes. On the palate, it reveals itself to be harmonious, with good acidity that guarantees longevity and a sensation of balance between softness and sapidity. Excellent paired with structured fish dishes, white meats, and medium-aged cheeses, it is a true expression of territory and typicity.
