The Toscana IGT 2020 Summus of Mathusalem, produced by Banfi, stands out for its enveloping and refined expression, typical of the Tuscan territory. This wine is born from a selected blend of native and international grape varieties, which Banfi carefully works to enhance the richness and complexity of the terroir. The aging in wood contributes to giving it a solid structure, balanced by a vibrant freshness and deep aromas.

In the glass, it presents with an intense, almost impenetrable color, which anticipates sensations of ripe red fruits, spicy notes, and an elegant hint of vanilla and cocoa. The sip is soft, with well-smoothed tannins and a gustatory persistence that invites another taste. Ideal paired with flavorful meat dishes, aged cheeses, or a refined moment of contemplation. This wine best tells the art and passion of Banfi in enhancing Tuscany.
