An exquisite expression of the Touraine terroir, the Touraine Méthode Traditionnelle J’Ose Brut from Bois Vaudons is a sparkling wine that will captivate the senses with its sophistication and elegance. Crafted using the méthode traditionnelle, the same method used in Champagne, this sparkling wine boasts remarkable complexity.

On the nose, the Touraine J’Ose Brut offers an intense aromatic bouquet with notes of fresh fruit like green apples and pears, alongside hints of white flowers and a touch of hazelnut, which provide an inviting freshness. On the palate, the effervescence is lively and well-balanced, with a crisp acidity that leads to a persistent and pleasantly dry finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this sparkling wine pairs beautifully with seafood dishes, sushi, and light appetizers. Its elegance makes it perfect for celebrating special occasions or enhancing the moment of a toast.
