The Trentino DOC Pinot Nero Mokner, produced by the renowned Cantina di Trento, is an elegant and refined expression of one of the noblest grape varieties of the Alpine region. Cultivated on the sunny slopes of Trentino, this Pinot Nero benefits from the cool climate and the calcareous composition of the soil, elements that give the wine a unique aromatic-structural brightness.

In the glass, it shows a light ruby color, crystalline, accompanied by enveloping aromas of small red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, and delicate floral notes reminiscent of dog rose. On the palate, a pleasant freshness emerges, a subtle and velvety tannic texture, and a savory persistence that invites another sip.

This Pinot Nero pairs well with delicate dishes based on white meats, mushrooms, or medium-aged cheeses, enhancing the richness and lightness typical of the Trentino terroir. A wine that embodies the great winemaking tradition of the Cantina di Trento and the charm of the Alpine territory.
