The Trentodoc Prenzep Brut Rosé is born in the picturesque valleys of Trentino, the beating heart of excellent sparkling wine production in Italy. Made predominantly from Pinot Noir grapes, this classic method is aged for a long time on the lees, giving it extraordinary elegance and aromatic complexity. In the glass, it appears with a light and luminous pink color, accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage.

On the nose, it releases intriguing aromas of small red fruits such as strawberries and cherries, accompanied by delicate floral hints and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, with a pleasant structure and a clean, savory finish that invites another sip. The Trentodoc Prenzep Brut Rosé is the ideal companion for seafood appetizers, delicate white meats, and vegetable-based dishes, also perfect for celebrating special moments.
