The Val de Loire Blanc Tressaille is a French white wine that enchants with its freshness and elegant complexity. Produced in the historic Loire Valley region, this wine is the result of a skilful combination of grape varieties typical of the area, which contribute to creating a harmonious and pleasantly aromatic bouquet.

On the nose, the Tressaille offers delicate aromas of white flowers, green apple, and subtle mineral notes. Upon tasting, a lively acidity is discovered, perfectly balanced with a medium body and a persistent sensation of freshness on the palate. Elements of citrus and flint blend into a refreshing and clean finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine pairs beautifully with light fish dishes, seafood, or fresh salads. It is also an excellent companion for a summer evening, where its liveliness can be fully appreciated in total relaxation. Be sure to serve it well chilled to enhance all its qualities.

Winery history
The estate is linked to the Teissèdre family: Olivier has been involved with the estate since the late 20th century, and his children gradually developed on-site winemaking. Sources from the domaine indicate the family began cultivating vines in the late 1980s, with Jean, Sophie and Jérôme later joining the estate; they now manage its operations.
Production philosophy
Low-impact practices: hand-tended vines, care for soil health, and the use of biodynamic and organic principles to enhance the expression of terroir, with limited cellar interventions and winemaking focused on the purity of the fruit.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in the Saint-Pourçain area, the estate is planted on clay-limestone and granitic soils of the Massif Central, typical of the Saint-Pourçain subzone.
