This specific label is produced with carefully selected grapes from the Vendée region, an area notably recognized for its ideal microclimate that emphasizes the aromatic expression and freshness of the grapes.

In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, it opens with intense aromas of white-fleshed fruit like pear and apple, mixed with slight floral notes and a touch of minerality that recalls wet stone. On the palate, the liveliness of the acidity is well-balanced with a light roundness, contributing to a pleasant creamy sensation without overpowering the fresh sapidity.

Ideal as an aperitif or accompanied by delicate fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses, this Chenin Blanc by L'Oree du Sabia represents an excellent choice for those seeking a wine that is both refined and versatile. An exemplar that is sure to impress lovers of quality white wines.
