The Valentine Chardonnay Langhe DOC from Cà del Baio is born in the renowned Langhe area, the beating heart of Piedmont, where the unique terroir characterized by calcareous-clay soils and a cool microclimate enhances the qualities of this international grape variety. This Chardonnay stands out for its balanced elegance and vibrant freshness, an authentic expression of the Langhe territory.

The aging process is carefully carried out, often in steel or in oak barrels with low toast levels, thus preserving the varietal notes and giving the wine an aromatic complexity ranging from hints of yellow-fleshed fruits such as peach and golden apple to delicate hints of white flowers and a slightly buttery nuance. On the palate, a good structure is perceived, with a balance between acidity and softness that invites a persistent and enveloping sip.

Recommended with fish dishes, shellfish, or light white meats, it also lends itself to surprising gastronomic pairings, offering a fresh, deep experience with a defined character, perfect to share in special or convivial moments. The Magnum version, with its scenic elegance, is ideal for long aging and important occasions.
