The Barbaresco DOCG of Vallegrande, produced by the historic winery Cà del Baio, represents a refined tribute to the winemaking tradition of Piedmont, more precisely the Langhe area. This wine is made from Nebbiolo grapes, a noble variety that best expresses its character thanks to the unique terroir of this region, characterized by limestone hills and a favorable microclimate.

The winemaking and aging method in wood, typical of Cà del Baio, gives the Barbaresco a enveloping aromatic complexity, where scents of withered roses, red fruits, and sweet spices intertwine, accompanied by a subtle balsamic note. On the palate it is elegant, with silky tannins and a balanced structure that continues with a long persistence.

This Barbaresco is ideal to accompany dishes based on red meat, mushrooms, or aged cheeses, enhancing the taste sensations without overpowering them. A product that tells the identity of a territory and the expertise of a winery dedicated to excellence.
