The Vallegrande Riserva of Cà del Baio is a superior expression of Barbaresco DOCG, born in the suggestive hills of the Langhe, in Piedmont. This wine represents the perfect harmony between the nebbiolo grape, typical of the territory, and the skillful cellar work that enhances its elegance and structure. The long aging in wooden barrels, followed by an extended rest in the bottle, gives it complexity and depth, turning every sip into an intense sensory experience.

In the glass, it presents a bright garnet red color, a prelude to a wide and refined bouquet, where delicate floral notes of rose and violet emerge, enveloped by scents of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and light balsamic nuances. The palate, on the other hand, surprises with its vigorous, well-integrated tannins, balanced by a fresh acidity that guarantees longevity and an elegant, persistent finish.

The Vallegrande Riserva is ideal paired with typical Piedmontese dishes such as Barolo braised beef, roasted game, or aged cheeses, enhancing every course with its finesse and decisive character.

A true gem for lovers of nebbiolo and great terroir wines, capable of authentically narrating the soul of the Langhe.
