Vallegrande Riserva di Cà del Baio is a Barbaresco DOCG that embodies the elegance and complexity typical of the Langhe, cultivated on soils rich in limestone and marl that give finesse to the nebbiolo used. This refined vintage is presented with careful aging in oak barrels that enrich its structure without overpowering the varietal aromas.

In the glass, it offers an intense garnet red color, with orange reflections that foretell a long evolution. On the nose, scents of violet, ripe cherry, and sweet spices emerge, accompanied by hints of tobacco and licorice, typical of long maturation. The sip is enveloping, tannic yet elegant, well balanced by a lively acidity that provides freshness and momentum, making it ideal for long aging.

A wine that pairs magnificently with red meats, braised dishes, and aged cheeses, but can also surprise with mushroom or truffle-based dishes, enhancing their Piedmontese soul with grace and depth. Perfect for important occasions and moments of thoughtful tasting.
