Valpolicella Classico DOC - Antolini is born in the heart of the historic classic area of Valpolicella, in Veneto, a land rich in tradition and perfect for the Corvina grape, which dominates this denomination. This wine reveals a fresh and lively character, with fruity notes of cherry and red fruits, accompanied by delicate spicy hints. The aging in steel preserves its genuineness and vibrant fruit, offering a pleasant and ready-to-drink experience.

On the palate it is balanced, with soft tannins and a good acid balance that makes it versatile in pairing. An excellent companion to dishes from traditional Venetian cuisine such as risottos, white meats, and fresh cheeses, Valpolicella Classico DOC - Antolini highlights the elegant simplicity of the territory from which it comes. An authentic example of red wine for connoisseurs and enthusiasts.
