Valpolicella Classico DOC - I Classici - Cesari is a red wine that embodies the winemaking tradition of the renowned classical Valpolicella area, located in the heart of Veneto. Obtained from a typical blend based on Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, it best expresses the fresh and fruity character of the territory, rich in hills and a favorable microclimate. The aging takes place in stainless steel tanks, thus preserving the liveliness and linearity of the fruit.

In the glass, it shows a bright ruby red color, with immediate aromas of cherry, red fruits, and light spicy notes in the background. On the palate, it is fresh, harmonious, with soft tannins and a pleasant persistence that invites another sip. Ideal as an accompaniment to first courses of Venetian tradition, white meats, and fresh cheeses, this Valpolicella Classico is a perfect combination of simplicity and refinement.
