The Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC - Zenato is made from grapes coming from the heart of the historic production area of Valpolicella Classica, a territory nestled among the hills of the province of Verona. Here, the traditional grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara find ideal conditions to express their distinctive character thanks to the mild climate and calcareous soils.

This superiore stands out for an aging process that favors the balance between structure and freshness, usually maturing in wooden barrels that soften its tannins and enhance the aromatic notes. In the glass, it offers an intense ruby red, with complex aromas of cherry, forest fruits, and a delicate spiciness. On the palate, it is elegant, with a nice medium body and a pleasantly persistent finish.

An excellent companion to second meat courses, roasted meats, and aged cheeses, it best expresses the essence of Valpolicella in the superiore version signed Zenato.
