The Valpolicella Classico by Tommasi is born in the heart of the historic Valpolicella area, north of Verona, a territory suited to Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes. This wine expresses the Venetian tradition through a handcrafted approach that enhances freshness and immediacy. After a controlled temperature fermentation, the Valpolicella Classico matures in steel tanks to preserve the fragrant balance and the bright acidity typical of the area.

In the glass, it shows a light ruby red color and a bouquet ranging from fresh red fruit scents to subtle spicy and floral notes. On the palate, it is vibrant, soft, and easy to drink, ideal to accompany traditional Venetian cuisine dishes such as risottos, white meats, and cold cuts.

A versatile and sincere wine, perfect for those who love to discover the richness of indigenous grape varieties through an authentic expression of the classic Valpolicella terroir.
