Speri's Valpolicella DOC Classico is an emblematic example of one of the most appreciated and recognizable red wines of the Veneto, produced in the heart of the classic Valpolicella area. This area is renowned for its fertile soils and its ideal microclimate, which together create the perfect conditions for the cultivation of the traditional Valpolicella grape varieties: Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. The Speri winery, one of the leading wineries in the region, expertly interprets these vines, offering a wine that is the perfect synthesis of tradition and quality.

The winemaking process adopted by Speri respects traditional techniques, with the aim of enhancing the varietal characteristics of the vines and reflecting the identity of the terroir. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve the fruity aromas and freshness of the wine, followed by a short period of refinement in steel tanks or wooden barrels of various sizes, to confer balance and harmony without overpowering the natural expressiveness of the blend.

Visually, Speri's Valpolicella Classico presents itself with a lively and inviting ruby red color. On the nose, it opens with intense and fruity aromas, dominated by notes of cherries and berries, enriched by floral nuances and a light touch of spices, which together create a complex and pleasantly aromatic bouquet.

In the mouth, the wine expresses extraordinary drinkability, thanks to its freshness and balanced structure. The well-integrated acidity supports the fresh fruit flavors, while the soft tannins contribute to a pleasant sensation of roundness. The finish is clean and persistent, with a light spicy hint that invites another sip.

Perfect as a wine for the whole meal, Speri's Valpolicella DOC Classico pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes, from risottos to white meats, from cured meats to not too mature cheeses, demonstrating a versatility that makes it suitable for multiple gastronomic occasions. It represents an ideal choice for those looking for a wine that combines pleasantness, tradition and the authentic expression of one of the most famous terroirs in the Veneto.
