The Valpolicella DOCG - Pasqua is born in the heart of the historic wine region of Valpolicella, in Veneto, famous for its winemaking tradition rooted in the hilly vineyards of the province of Verona. This wine is made primarily from the native grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, which give the glass a perfect balance between freshness and structure.

The winemaking method aims to enhance the fruity and spicy aromas typical of the territory, with an aging process that often includes a brief passage in wooden barrels, thus enriching the bouquet with scents of cherry, morello cherry, and slight herbal notes. On the palate, it is velvety, with soft tannins and a pleasantly persistent finish, typical of the denomination.

It pairs wonderfully with traditional Venetian dishes such as herb risottos, roasted white meats, or medium-aged cheeses, offering an authentic and refined tasting experience.
