The Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso DOC "Catullo" from Bertani is a celebration of elegance and complexity, crafted by the historic Bertani winery, known for its dedication to excellence and the use of traditional methods. This wine is made using the "Ripasso" technique, which involves fermenting the Valpolicella wine again with the pomace from Recioto and Amarone. This process gives the wine greater structure and aromatic intensity.

The Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso "Catullo" presents a deep ruby red color and an olfactory bouquet that bursts with notes of ripe fruit such as cherries and plums, enriched with spicy nuances of vanilla and black pepper, thanks to aging in oak barriques. On the palate, its texture is velvety and enveloping, with a perfect balance between acidity and well-integrated tannins, making it extremely harmonious.
