The Valtellina Superiore Inferno Riserva DOCG by Plozza is born in the heart of the Lombard Alps, an area renowned for the production of elegant and long-lasting wines, characterized by the Nebbiolo grape, locally called Chiavennasca here. This wine stands out for its complex and refined structure, the result of a careful selection of grapes and prolonged aging in wooden barrels that enhances its aromatic nuances.

In the glass it shows a deep ruby red color, with garnet reflections, which anticipate a rich and intense bouquet, highlighting aromas of ripe small red fruits, sweet spices, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is enveloping, with smooth tannins and a perfect balance between acidity and body, giving a long and harmonious persistence.

Perfect paired with dishes based on red meats, game, and aged cheeses, this Inferno Riserva represents an authentic distillate of the Valtellina territory, capable of telling tradition with elegance and character.
