The Vermentino di Sardegna DOC Donnikalia from Cantina Deiana is a refined example of the elegance that the Vermentino grape expresses in the Sardinia region. Cultivated in vineyards benefiting from the Mediterranean climate, characterized by warm days and cool sea breezes, this wine captures in the glass the liveliness and freshness typical of the area.

The winemaking process, carefully managed, preserves the intense and fragrant aromas, while the aging in stainless steel enhances the varietal purity without altering its natural freshness. On the nose, it opens with scents of citrus, white flowers, and a salty touch reminiscent of the sea breeze, while on the palate it reveals balance, sapidity, and a pleasant persistence.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fish dishes, shellfish, and Mediterranean salads, confirming the authentic value of a unique terroir and a label that knows how to tell its story.
