The Vermentino Noctua DOC from Pianirossi is an outstanding example of this winery's ability to highlight the best of Italian indigenous grape varieties. Grown in the lush lands of Tuscany, this white wine stands out for its lively freshness and complex aromatic nuances.

To the eye, the Vermentino Noctua displays a bright straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that suggest its youthful vigor. On the nose, it surprises with the intensity of its aromas: clear notes of fresh fruit such as green apple, peach, and a marked citrus scent blend with delicate floral nuances and a light mineral touch. These olfactory elements promise a refreshing and enticing taste experience.

On the palate, the Vermentino Noctua confirms the expectations created by its aromatic bouquet. The entry is bright and energetic, with well-balanced acidity that allows the fruit flavors to fully emerge, keeping the wine lively and dynamic. The structure is delicate but well-defined, ending with mineral notes and a pleasantly citrusy persistence.

Perfect as an aperitif, this Vermentino is also an excellent companion for fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses. Its versatility also makes it suitable for a variety of vegetarian dishes, reflecting the culinary richness of the Tuscan region.

In conclusion, the Vermentino Noctua DOC from Pianirossi is a wine that enhances the typicality of the Tuscan territory, offering a refined and stimulating beverage, ideal for those who seek both tradition and surprise in a glass of white wine.
