The Vermouth di Torino Bianco Superiore of Casa E. di Mirafiore embodies the Piedmontese tradition with a refined interpretation of the famous Turin vermouth. Produced in the historic Piedmont region, this Superiore white version stands out for the balance between the aromatic character of the botanicals and the softness of the base wine. The Mirafiore recipe skillfully blends alpine herbs, citrus peels, and selected spices, enhanced by a calibrated sweetness that does not overpower but enriches the olfactory profile.

On the nose, fresh notes of gentian, candied orange, and light floral hints emerge, while on the palate it is enveloping, with a velvety texture and a clean, slightly bitter finish. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with cured meats and delicate cheeses, or as a base for refined cocktails that require a high-quality white vermouth. A tribute to the Turin terroir and the mastery of local liquor-making art.
