The Vermouth Rosso of Bottega represents a refined expression of the Italian tradition in the production of aromatized wines. Made with a selection of base wines from grapes grown in dedicated areas, enriched with carefully dosed infusions of herbs and spices, this vermouth stands out for its harmonious balance between sweetness and aromaticity.

With a bright ruby red color, it presents intense aromas recalling notes of vanilla, cinnamon, quinine, and a hint of candied citrus, giving the product an enveloping and seductive olfactory complexity. The aging takes place according to traditional methods, which allow the aromas to blend perfectly without ever becoming excessive.

On the palate, it is smooth, with a balanced structure and a pleasant almond-like persistence. Excellent to enjoy neat, with ice, or as an ingredient in classic cocktails, it pairs wonderfully with salty snacks or dishes based on white meats and aged cheeses. A true symbol of the Italian drinking culture.
