Vermut Rosso Lustau is born from the fusion of tradition and innovation in the historic region of Jerez, in Andalusia, a territory especially famous for its sherry but which here offers an unusual and fascinating contribution to the world of vermouth. Made through a wine base enriched with a complex blend of selected herbs, spices, and botanicals, this vermouth stands out for its intense structure and unique aromatic character.

The production process involves a skillful infusion that enhances the typical characteristics of Lustau’s fortified wines, with an aging that gives depth and harmony to the blend. On the nose, enveloping notes of Mediterranean herbs, hints of caramel, and delicate balsamic sensations can be perceived. On the palate, Vermut Rosso Lustau reveals a balance between sweetness and acidity, with spicy hints and a persistent finish that invites reflection.

Excellent as an aperitif served chilled on ice with an orange peel, it pairs wonderfully with boards of aged cheeses and cured meats, but can also surprise in mixing, giving character and complexity to classic and creative cocktails. A sensory experience that tells the Andalusian territory in a new light.
