A sparkling wine from Romagna without too many pretensions, a fresh and particularly drinkable sip. After the harvest, the grapes are transported to the cellar where they undergo a soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
A light straw yellow goblet. The nose perceives intense and fruity scents. The sip amazes for its dry and fresh taste, and for its great harmony.
It is recommended to combine it with appetizers and fish-based dishes, it is excellent with light first courses, cold first and second courses.
