The Walter Darini Riserva Dosaggio Zero Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi from Tenuta Musone represents an authentic expression of one of the most noble denominations of the Marche. Obtained from the Verdicchio grape variety, a historic symbol of this hilly territory overlooking the Apennines and close to the Adriatic Sea, this white wine stands out for its freshness and minerality. The absence of added sugars in the zero dosage enhances notes of citrus, almond, and white flowers with an elegant and complex structure. The reserve aging method allows this Verdicchio to develop a deep bouquet, with hints of aromatic herbs and a pleasant sapidity that accompanies a long and persistent finish. Ideal paired with blue fish dishes, shellfish, or delicate white meats, it is a wine capable of telling the story of the Castelli di Jesi territory with balance and personality. A refined work for those seeking authenticity and finesse in a Verdicchio riserva.
