This single malt embodies the elegance and delicacy typical of the Japanese style, thanks to the careful use of selected yeasts that give a unique aromatic profile rich in floral and fruity nuances. The mountainous territory where the distillate is born, characterized by a cool climate and crystalline waters, contributes to creating an ideal environment for slow and controlled fermentation, which enhances the purity and refinement of the aromas.
