Produced in the Eastern Canada region, this whisky ages for ten years in oak barrels before completing its maturation in barrels previously used for rum, thus conferring a unique and complex character to the final product.

On the nose, it presents enveloping notes of vanilla and caramel, intertwined with exotic hints of sweet spices and tropical fruit, due precisely to the aging in rum wood barrels.
