Allt-A-Bhainne 1995 Bourbon Cask is a distinctive single malt whisky, born from the heart of the Scottish Highlands. Produced by the renowned Allt-A-Bhainne distillery, located in a region characterized by gentle rolling hills and crystal-clear waters, this spirit stands out for its complexity and finesse. It is aged entirely in ex-bourbon casks, which impart delicate notes of vanilla, honey, and a touch of toasted wood, enhancing the purity of the selected barley malt.

On the nose, a fragrant harmony of fruity hints emerges, with touches of green apple and citrus, accompanied by a subtle spiciness. On the palate, it is smooth, with a perfect balance between sweetness and a slight smoky edge, delivering an elegant and enveloping persistence. Ideal to enjoy in moments of refined meditation, it pairs beautifully with delicate fish dishes or aged cheeses. A tasting experience that transports you to the heart of Scottish tradition.
