The Whisky Single Malt Old Pulteney Flotilla Vintage 2012 is born on the spectacular coasts of Wick, Scotland, where the sea breeze gives a unique character to this spirit. Produced exclusively with malted barley and local crystal-clear water, this whisky faithfully reflects the terroir of northeast Scotland, famous for its whisky with a salty and maritime profile.

Carefully aged for several years in American and European oak barrels, it develops a rich and complex olfactory bouquet: delicate notes of honey, citrus, aromatic herbs, and a hint of saltiness that recalls the nearby sea. On the palate, it is enveloping and harmonious, with a balance between malty sweetness and saline freshness, accompanied by a persistent and slightly spicy finish.

Perfect for a meditative tasting moment, it pairs well with aged cheeses, seafood, and fish-based dishes, enhancing their freshness and complexity. A true tribute to the maritime character of the region.
