Production method
Hand harvesting of the cane, pressing whole canes to obtain fresh juice (caldo de cana), controlled fermentation (fermentation times reported around 20–24 hours), small-batch distillation in copper pot stills and subsequent resting/aging in selected casks before blending and bottling.

Producer history Leblon
The Leblon brand was launched in 2005 with the aim of positioning cachaça as a super-premium product on international markets. Production takes place at Maison Leblon in Patos de Minas, where the process is vertically integrated (from cane to bottle). In the following years Leblon was introduced to markets such as the United States, Canada and Europe and contributed to promotional campaigns for the cachaça category internationally.
Production philosophy
Leblon emphasizes respect for the raw material: the cane is hand-harvested, gently pressed to obtain only the best juice and handled carefully to preserve natural aromas. The brand aims for a refined image of cachaça, combining traditional Brazilian techniques with finishing touches that recall French refinement.
