Licoristerie de Provence

Born from Pascal Rolland's initiative to revive traditional recipes for anisés, absinthes and Provençal liqueurs, the Liquoristerie de Provence is known for relaunching absinthe in France with the Versinthe brand at the end of the 1990s. The company was subsequently taken over by Renaud and Adeline de Barry in 2017 and received the “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” recognition.

Revalue ancestral Provençal recipes while respecting plant raw materials and artisanal methods: use of macerations and infusions of natural plants without resorting to synthetic aromas, to enhance the botanical character of the products.
