Prepared on a base of Piedmontese Moscato wine with infusion/maceration of herbs, flowers and spices; the labels are presented in 75 cl bottles with alcohol content around 16–17% vol.
Producer history Peliti's
The brand refers to the figure of Federico Peliti, a Piedmontese pastry chef and restaurateur active in India at the end of the 19th century. According to the brand's historical documentation, Peliti’s Vermouth was produced from 1877 at the request of the Prince of Wales (Edward VII) and received medals at international exhibitions. The original formulations have been recovered and reintroduced in contemporary times; the vermouth is today marketed by Amarot srl based in Turin.

To enhance historic recipes and the meeting of Piedmontese tradition with exotic influences, by reproducing original formulations attributed to Federico Peliti and carefully finishing the bottles by hand.
