Production method
Multifunctional production including percolation, distillation (including use of pot stills), stabilization by refrigeration and advanced bottling lines for various sizes and formats (including miniatures). It also offers private label and co-packing services.
Distillation
Pot stills are present on site; systems for percolation and stabilization by refrigeration. For some labels (e.g. Malfy) the use of vacuum/cold distillation is declared to preserve botanical aromas.
Ageing
Aging in vats and oak containers for fruit spirits and brandy; dedicated warehouse in Santena for maturation.
Producer history Torino Distillati
The original Moncalieri facility has production roots dating back to the early 20th century; in the 1960s it passed to Seagram and in June 1992 Carlo Vergnano purchased the plant, founding the current Torino Distillati. The company has remained family-run and over time has expanded its equipment and bottling lines, also acquiring a warehouse in Santena for the aging of eaux-de-vie and brandy. In 2018 the company changed from an S.r.l. to an S.p.A.
