Production method
Production based on cereals (mainly rye): the Exquisite Single Estate concept involves the use of a single rye variety grown on the same plot; the raw material is fermented and distilled in dedicated facilities (for Exquisite at the Turew site) and the raw spirit is then rectified and reduced to bottling strength at the main distillery.
Distillation
Distillation from cereals (rye). For Wyborowa Exquisite: distillation of the single rye lot in a copper still/column at Turew; the raw distillate is then transferred to the main site (Poznań) for rectification and reduction to bottling strength.
