Tuscan IGP Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the most authentic expression of the Tuscan landscape, an oil of excellent quality that embodies the olive-growing tradition of the slopes of Monte Amiata and the deep connection with the territory.

The Tuscan IGP certification guarantees that every stage of production, from olive cultivation to harvesting, from crushing to bottling, takes place entirely in Tuscany in compliance with strict quality and traceability standards. The oil comes from environmentally conscious agriculture that enhances the territory: the current olive harvest also marks the completion of the company's transition to organic certification.

The olive groves develop between 150 and 500 meters in altitude, where the significant temperature variations of Monte Amiata favor a slow and balanced ripening of the olives. The calcareous-clay soils, rich in skeleton, ensure optimal drainage and contribute to the formation of an oil rich in aromas, character, and valuable natural antioxidants.

The blend is made from the traditional cultivars of the area, alongside ancient specimens of Olivastra Seggianese, including a remarkable centuries-old monumental olive tree, guardian of the history and identity of this land. The result is an elegant and balanced extra virgin oil, characterized by intense aromas and a harmonious taste, ideal for enhancing vegetables, bruschetta, soups, meats, fish, and every dish of Mediterranean cuisine.

The quality of Tuscan IGP Extra Virgin Olive Oil was internationally recognized with the Gold Medal at The China International Olive Oil Competition for the 2024/2025 olive harvest, an award that attests to its excellence.
