The Barolo DOCG from Cantina Réva is the result of a manual harvest, guaranteeing the utmost care in the selection of the grapes. Its vinification occurs through spontaneous fermentation, in contact with the skins, in steel tanks for a period of 30-35 days. After this crucial phase, the wine refines its personality through a 24-month aging process in oak barrels, followed by bottling.
It has a fascinating ruby red color with garnet reflections. The bouquet of this Barolo offers elegant aromas of sage, red berry fruit, hints of tobacco and rose. On the palate, it stands out for a full and elegant taste. The soft, enveloping and deep tannins give a sensorial experience of extraordinary complexity.
It goes beautifully with mature cheeses, red meat second courses and game-based dishes.
