The Calabria Bianco IGT - Efeso from the renowned Librandi winery is a refined example of the company's ability to enhance native varietals in a modern key. Originating from the Calabria region, this white wine is mainly made with Mantonico grapes, an ancient variety that has been rediscovered and valued thanks to the dedication of passionate winemakers.
The winemaking of Efeso involves fermentation in stainless steel to preserve and enhance the natural characteristics of the grape. The wine's color is a delicate straw yellow, with hints of gold. On the nose, Efeso offers an intriguing bouquet with notes of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit such as peach, and subtle hints of aromatic herbs, providing an unmistakable freshness.
