The Alma Gran Cuvèe is a refined blend, primarily of Chardonnay, with additions of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, which contribute to creating an aromatic bouquet and a balanced structure. In appearance, the wine presents itself with a bright straw yellow color, marked by a fine and persistent perlage that anticipates the quality and finesse of the sip.
On the nose, the Franciacorta Brut DOCG Alma Gran Cuvèe by Bellavista expresses intense aromas of white flowers, green apple, and slight hints of yeast and toasted bread, a result of the long aging in the bottle. These aromas intertwine, creating a complexity that invites tasting.
In the mouth, the wine is lively but at the same time soft, with a freshness well balanced by acidity. The fruity notes blend with the more mature ones of hazelnuts and bread crust, resulting in a long and harmonious finish.
