Be enchanted by the "Spumante Metodo Classico Extra Brut - Fulvio Beo - Mathusalem - Cà Rugate," a fine expression of winemaking mastery produced by the renowned Cà Rugate winery. This sparkling wine is a tribute to tradition and innovation, making it ideal for those seeking a unique and sophisticated tasting experience.

The "Fulvio Beo" is produced following the traditional method, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle, allowing the wine to develop complexity and refined texture. The choice of Extra Brut dosage ensures an extremely clean and elegant taste profile, with a very low residual sugar content that enhances the freshness and purity of the fruit.

On the nose, it is distinguished by its lively citrus notes, white flowers, and a hint of bakery, offering a pleasant and inviting introduction. On the palate, the acidic freshness is well balanced by the structure and creaminess of the fine bubbles, blending into a long and persistent finish. These elements make the "Fulvio Beo" exemplary for special occasions or as the opener of a sophisticated dinner.

Produced in limited quantities and packaged in the prestigious 6-liter Mathusalem format, this bottle is not only a delight to taste but also a collector's item. Ideally served at a temperature of 6-8°C, it pairs perfectly with delicate appetizers, seafood, or as the highlight of a memorable toast.

Winery history
The Tessari family has been cultivating vineyards in the area for over a century; the Ca' Rugate label first appeared on bottles in 1986. In 2001 Michele Tessari, the fourth generation of the family, launched a project to reorganize the estate and expand the vineyards, and the new winery in Montecchia di Crosara was inaugurated in 2002. Over the years the estate has developed wine‑tourism activities and created a wine museum to tell the family's agricultural history.
Production philosophy
Quality that begins in the vineyard is a priority: sustainable management and low-impact practices to enhance native varieties and the expression of the terroir. Since 2004 the estate has adopted more sustainable agronomic methods and demonstrates a commitment to traceability and preserving the local character. Since 2013 it has been part of Indipendenti del Soave.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are situated on the hills of Val d'Alpone and on land well suited to Soave Classico, Valpolicella and Lessini Durello. The soils have a volcanic and calcareous‑basaltic composition typical of the Soave area; some parcels lie on ridges and terraces with steep slopes and average elevations of around 400–450 meters above sea level.
Awards and recognitions
Numerous national and international awards, including several 'Tre Bicchieri' from the Gambero Rosso guide for the winery's wines, and medals/recognitions at international competitions also dedicated to mountain and heroic wines.
