This refined sparkling wine is created using the Metodo Classico, a traditional bottle fermentation process that enhances its complexity and finesse.
Characterized by a soft ruby red color with violet reflections, "Testacalda" features very fine and persistent perlage, inviting a unique tasting experience. The nose is distinguished by lively notes of red fruits such as raspberry and strawberry, enriched with floral nuances of violet and wild roses, typical of the Sorbara variety.
