This elegant white wine is produced by the renowned Von Blumen winery, located in the idyllic valleys of Alto Adige, a region famous for its high-quality wines. The Gewurztraminer DOC from Von Blumen is a prime example of how the cool, mountainous climate can favorably influence viticulture, enhancing unique aromas and flavors.
Gewurztraminer is known for its intensely floral and fruity aromatic profile. On the nose, Von Blumen's wine offers a refined explosion of aromas of roses, lychees, and sweet spices like cinnamon and cloves. These scents are balanced by a slight mineral note that recalls fresh stone, typical of the mountainous terrain of Alto Adige.
