Bosco del Merlo boasts a vast estate of 100 hectares located in the beautiful countryside of Annone Veneto, in the eastern part of the region.

The Pinot Noir and Glera grapes are harvested at different times depending on their ripeness and processed separately. After soft pressing, the Glera is vinified in white in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, while the Pinot Noir part is vinified in red, to give more aroma and color to the cuvée. The refinement lasts a few months, then we proceed with the assembly in an autoclave and with the second fermentation as per the Charmat Method; the overall process takes about 60 days, before bottling.

At sight it shows a beautiful bright pale pink color with bright reflections, and fine and continuous perlage. Delicate fruity aromas of raspberry, wild strawberries, fragrant white pulp fruit and citrus fruits arrive on the nose. On the palate it is soft and harmonious, with a deliciously savory and fruity sip that leads towards a fresh and balanced finish.

A light sparkling wine, excellent to be enjoyed as an aperitif or in combination with seafood appetizers based on salmon and shellfish.
