Winery Bosco del Merlo

Bosco del Merlo is the expression of a family project linked to the Paladin family: a journey that over the years has combined tradition and innovation to enhance the distinct character of the territory. The winery has grown through collaborations with winemaking teams and research organizations, and today its wines are also offered to fine-dining establishments.

The winery declares an approach focused on sustainability and "responsible viticulture," with attention to the environment and to people's well-being. It promotes single-varietal wines and is engaged in research and development projects in collaboration with universities and technical partners.

The wines originate from an area encompassing western Friuli and eastern Veneto; the registered office is in Pravisdomini. Production falls under local appellations such as Friuli, Delle Venezie, Venezia and Prosecco/Valdobbiadene.

The Prosecco Rosé has received recognitions including 93 points, a Gold Medal from Gilbert & Gaillard and a Silver Medal at The Global Sparkling Masters. Some listings are also highlighted in international guides and competitions.
