Prodotto in una delle aree vitivinicole più rinomate del Nord Italia, questo vino rosso si distingue per la sua intensità e complessità aromatiche. Al naso si percepiscono nette note di frutti di bosco maturi, come mirtilli e ribes nero, accompagnati da sentori di spezie dolci e leggera vaniglia, frutto del raffinato affinamento in botti di rovere.

In bocca, il Cabernet Sauvignon si presenta strutturato e ben equilibrato, con tannini morbidi e una buona persistenza che rendono l'esperienza gustativa lunga e piacevole. Winery history
Bosco del Merlo is the expression of a family project linked to the Paladin family: a journey that over the years has combined tradition and innovation to enhance the distinct character of the territory. Production philosophy

Terroir and vineyards
