The Vermentino di Sardegna DOC - Pariglia from Cantina Contini is an extraordinary expression of the Sardinian terroir, encapsulating the essence of Vermentino grapes cultivated on the island. This white wine stands out for its intense aromatic profile and elegant structure, reflecting the passion and dedication of Cantina Contini in producing high-quality wines.

The harvest of the grapes for Pariglia is done manually, ensuring the selection of the best clusters. After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and the must ferments at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the natural aromas of the Vermentino to the utmost.

Upon visual inspection, the wine shows a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, typical of Vermentino. On the nose, lively scents of fresh fruit like green apple, peach, and citrus emerge, accompanied by floral hints and a slight mineral note reminiscent of the proximity to the sea.

On the palate, the Vermentino di Sardegna DOC - Pariglia is fresh, well-balanced, and persistent. The acidity is lively yet harmonious, supporting a pleasant complexity of flavors that return in a long and satisfying finish.

This Vermentino pairs beautifully with fish dishes, seafood, and light appetizers. It is ideal for accompanying a cool summer dinner or for being enjoyed as an aperitif.

A wine that not only represents one of the enological excellences of Sardinia but also narrates the story of an island rich in charm and deeply rooted winemaking traditions.
