Nieddera is a still rosé wine obtained from a blend of mainly Nieddera grapes that are combined with a small percentage of grapes from the Valle del Tirso area.
After the harvest, follows pdestemming and subsequent maceration on the skins for 12/24 hours. After the extraction of the rosé must, the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (16-18°) in stainless steel.
It has an intense pink color with purplish hues. On the nose it expresses a very fragrant floral and fruity bouquet.
On the palate it is soft, lively, well balanced and pleasantly drinkable. A sip that lends itself well to the whole meal, even if it goes better with fish-based pairings.
